My name is Sabreen Kaloo in Grade 10 at Curro Waterfall High School and I had the privilege of being one of the lucky students who got to on the Europe trip in June/July 2022. I would love to give you feedback on what was probably the best experience of my life!
11 incredible days, 3 countries, 20 attractions, 40 new friends and countless unforgettable memories!
From Amsterdam to Ghent and Brussels and then Paris – every city we visited was more beautiful and interesting than the next.
And every attraction now lives in my heart –the Van Gogh Museum, Rembrandt’s Night Watch, windmills in the countryside, walking the ancient streets of Brussels, strolling through the art of the Louvre, having so much fun at Euro Disney, and my absolute favorite – taking selfies at the Eiffel Tower!
Being away from my family for the very first time was a bit scary I will admit, but the new friends I made from my own school and the many more I made from our Curro sister schools helped me feel like I was surrounded by people who cared about me.
Which brings me to the teachers and organizers, who made this trip fun, safe and a total blast. Thank you to Curro Waterfall and Alle Wereld Tours for making this possible, and a very special thank you to Mam Erika Erasmus – We could not have done this without you!
I would encourage every one of you to go on one on some of the international tours that Alle Wereld Tours has to offer – we need to realize that this is something unique and we are very fortunate indeed to have this once in a lifetime opportunity. You won’t regret it– trust me I came back more confident, knowledgeable, and more appreciative of my school, my parents and my life.
